Leading From Love…

ARMCHAIR CONVERSATIONS with Deb Foggio

Knowing What Is Yours To Do

Over the past month, we’ve been building something together — not in theory, but in experience.

We began by remembering that inner authority is not something you create through effort. It is something you recover. A quiet place inside you that already knows. Then we explored love, not as sentiment, but as a steady internal state — the kind that regulates your nervous system so your responses are not driven by fear or urgency. Last week, we spoke about coherence — what happens when what you know, what you feel, and what you do begin moving in the same direction.

And when those three begin to harmonize, something very specific emerges.

You begin to know what is yours to do.

Not because someone tells you. Not because the world demands it. But because it feels steady.

There is a difference between acting from pressure and acting from clarity. Pressure tightens the body. It creates a subtle urgency, as though something must be handled immediately or something will be lost. Clarity feels different. Even when the action required is bold or uncomfortable, it carries a sense of groundedness. The breath remains accessible. The mind does not race. The body does not brace.

This is discernment.

It is not dramatic. It is not loud. It does not shout over the noise of the world. It feels more like stepping slightly out of the center of chaos and noticing that you are no longer being pushed in every direction at once. The world may still be loud — but you are no longer standing in the middle of the intersection.

You are standing with awareness.

From that place, not everything feels equally important. Not every headline requires your emotional energy. Not every opportunity is aligned with your timing. Not every request deserves a yes.

And there is relief in that.

Relief…

Relief in recognizing that your energy is not meant to be scattered. Relief in realizing that leadership — real leadership — is not about responding to everything. It is about responding to what is yours.

When inner authority is steady, love regulates your response. When love regulates your response, coherence strengthens your signal. And when coherence strengthens your signal, discernment naturally follows. The next step becomes clearer not because you have forced an answer, but because your internal environment is no longer divided.

It feels like tuning an instrument. When one string is tight and another is slack, the sound is strained. But when the strings are brought into alignment, even a simple note carries depth and resonance. That resonance is power — not force, not volume, but power.

And power expressed through love is never frantic. It is focused.

Perhaps you’ve felt the difference before. The heavy yes that drains you before you begin. The reluctant no that leaves you second-guessing yourself. Compare that with the quiet decision that feels settled. Even if it stretches you, it does not split you. Even if it challenges you, it strengthens you.

That is what it feels like when something is truly yours.

And when something is not yours — when you release it instead of gripping it — there is a surprising softness. A return of breath. A reclaiming of energy you didn’t realize you were leaking.

That is alignment returning.

A Practice for This Week

Before responding to something — a request, an invitation, a conversation — pause just long enough to feel your body.

Does the decision feel steady?
Or does it feel pressured?

If it feels pressured, give it space.
If it feels steady, move.

That simple awareness begins to train discernment.
And trained discernment becomes trusted leadership.

🌿 A Personal Exploration: A LifePath Reading

If you are sensing that your energy has been scattered or that you are standing at a threshold and unsure which direction carries integrity, a LifePath Reading offers space to listen more deeply.

Sometimes what we call confusion is simply a lack of internal resonance. When resonance returns, direction clarifies. And when direction clarifies, action strengthens rather than fragments. Movement is what comes next.

If it feels supportive, the invitation is here. Life is like a buffet. You have to get up and get it yourself. Isn’t it time to make that move!

🌿 When Nothing You’re Doing Is Working… What’s Missing?

An Evening of Soul Essence Evolving — Systemic Constellations

There are times when effort alone does not move the boat forward. You row harder. You change direction. You adjust your grip. And still, something feels resistant.

Often what is missing is not discipline. It is alignment.

In Soul Essence Evolving, we gently reveal the unseen patterns that divide energy beneath awareness — inherited loyalties, emotional contracts, unfinished dynamics that quietly shape present movement. When what is hidden becomes visible, coherence becomes possible. And when coherence returns, progress feels natural again.

Looking Ahead to March

In March, we will take this work even deeper. We will explore the spiritual law beneath alignment itself — the truth that God is good, and only good. And we will consider what it means to train perception toward that goodness — not by ignoring reality, but by aligning with the nature of the Creative Process.

Because what you consistently recognize as good expands in your experience.

Closing Mantra

I know what is mine to do.
I release what is not.
From love, I act.
